activpro // Adrian Browne offers a structured four week nutrition program providing you with education and continuous support to motivate you into making a long term change to your current dietary habits. 

The programme aims to encourage you to eat the rights food, in right quantities at the right time of day to maximise your energy levels on a day to day basis.

You may follow a welll structured fitness programme but if you continue to eat unhealthy and fatty foods you may never see the real results that exercising properly can bring.

Session 1 (1 hour)

Before the first session I will ask you to complete a food diary for at least 5 days prior to us meeting.  From this we will be able to work through it together and develop an understanding of your eating habits and set realistic targets and an eating plan.  You will be provided with fact pack and activepro log to track your progress.

Sessions 2, 3 & 4 (45mins each)

Each week I will monitor your progress and set targets to further refine your diet.  I will provide you with hints, tips, recipes and meals plans to keep you on track and make the long-term lifestyle change to reach your goals.  In the last session we will assess the changes you have made and ensure they are working for you and they are attainable!
